Birgit Lutz has been combining practical leadership and management experience with systemic and process-oriented thinking for many years. As an executive, she gained expertise in transformation management in DAX and medium-sized companies. This taught her that shaping successful transformations is one of the most challenging management tasks.
She is certified as an agile consultant, systemic coach and in various diagnostic tools and is used to moving back and forth between hard and soft topics. Her aim is to interweave them in an inspiring way and to create perspectives that make new things possible.
